[SatNews] The Global Space & Satellite Forum (GSSF) is the region’s only dedicated event that covers the complete spectrum of space and satellite developments and gives you the opportunity to meet with regional program chiefs, government departments, and local industry suppliers.

The next edition of this event takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from May 9th through the 11th, 2011. Featuring two conferences (one each for Space and Satellite), a careers event, and a dedicated exhibition area, the event provides an invaluable sales environment to introduce new products and technologies, discuss joint ventures and network with key regional buyers. The exhibition will also showcase the region’s achievements and prospects for the growth of this sector. Exhibiting companies will range from Earth Observation, launch services, GIS and GPS systems to satellite, component and ground station equipment manufacturers, satellite operators and system integrators. The last event attracted 25 regional space, satellite and remote sensing projects and more than 1,200 trade professionals from 25 countries. In line with the event’s expected growth, additional display area has been allocated for exhibitors in 2011.
