[SatNews] Geoimage has won DigitalGlobe’s prestigious Platinum Reseller award for the Company's work during 2010.

The award was presented during DigitalGlobe’s South Asia Reseller 2011 Kick-Off Meeting last week in Phuket, Thailand. The award is presented to top performing resellers around the globe to honor their commitment and dedication to the promotion and use of DigitalGlobe satellite imagery. Geoimage was one of only four winners of this award on the night, and the only reseller in Australia/New Zealand to be afforded this recognition. From January 2011, Geoimage, in collaboration with DigitalGlobe, has also been actively involved in providing WorldView-2 and QuickBird imagery as part of the flood response in Queensland, and is currently supplying several universities and government agencies with this imagery for vital emergency response and future planning.
