iDirect, Inc. (iDirect), a company of VT Systems Inc (VT Systems), has opened its new Europe office, located in Eton, United Kingdom (UK). The new location replaces iDirect’s Slough, UK office, and offers better facilities for training, sales and engineering.

As iDirect continues to expand its presence across EMEA, the new UK office will concentrate on providing the best possible customer experience to the European region. The Eton office will host a variety of support-related courses designed to offer service providers with the highest possible return from their investment in iDirect hardware and software. iDirect currently offers 12 training sessions per year in Europe, including the basic iDirect Operation and Maintenance course and the Group Quality of Service Boot Camp, among other custom courses taught across the globe.
