Jason D. Juranek has been advanced to the senior management team as Vice President of Finance of Arrowhead Global Solutions, a government services division of CapRock Communications. Juranek reports jointly to Arrowhead’s President, Tom Eaton and CapRock’s Chief Financial Officer, Hank Winfield. Along with leading Arrowhead’s finance, accounting and pricing activities, Juranek will also be responsible for the implementation of new performance tracking systems and metrics to provide insight into critical business decisions and support Arrowhead’s continued rapid growth. Juranek will leverage over 15 years of experience and best practices from both large and small government services companies to promote Arrowhead’s continued evolution as a value-added provider of professional services, systems integration, and communication services to the government.

Before joining Arrowhead, Juranek spent five years at Vangent, Inc. (formerly Pearson Government Solutions), a publicly held company in the Information Technology and Services industry. There, he managed multiple initiatives including the company’s budgeting, forecasting, cash management and project accounting for the Health Solutions division, focused on 1-800 Medicare, CDC and Military Health. While at Vangent, Juranek developed a proven ability to build and lead profitable, high-performance teams along with supporting the strategic growth of the $300M group.

Juranek’s extensive and broad-based financial management experience in the government sector is buttressed by his previous experience as Financial Manager at General Dynamics, where he supported the Pentagon Renovation, and at DynCorp, where he supported Census 2000 and its Postal Operations and played integral finance roles on those multi-million dollar government contracts.   Juranek earned his Executive MBA from George Washington University and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
