C2SAT and Fong´s Advance Technology Pte Ltd. have signed a production agreement regarding the establishment of local production of C2SAT antennas in Singapore. This agreement formalizes the MOU entered on the 18th of August 2009 and confirms the C2SAT defined strategy. With local production in Singapore, C2SAT will strengthen its competitiveness most significant, partly through reduced manufacturing costs, partly through the expanded production capacity. Production in Singapore is forecast to be in place by latest first quarter 2010.

Earlier, in September, C2SAT and PT AJN Solusindo (AJN), Indonesia signed a distribution agreement, formalizing the already established cooperation between the parties for distribution of C2SAT’s products in the region. AJN have, to date, supplied six (6) C2SAT 2.4m C-band antennas to PT Telekomunikasi Selular Telkomsel), enabling GSM service on passenger ferries owned by PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Pelni) operating in the Indonesian archipelago. The partnership with AJN secures C2SAT’s presence on the Indonesian market and is in line with C2SAT’s strategy to cooperate with established solution providers and system integrators.

Also in September, C2SAT and Diamond Technology LLC, Dubai, signed a distribution agreement, formalizing the already established cooperation between the parties for distribution and service of C2SAT’s products in the region. The partnership with Diamond Technology also secures the availability of competent service engineers, trained on C2SAT’s products, in the area around the Persian Gulf.
