Geoimage and DigitalGlobe are excited to announce the Australian sessions of the WorldView-2 Roadshow, coming to Perth, Brisbane and Sydney in March 2010. The WorldView-2 Roadshow celebrates the launch of the world’s most advanced commercial imaging satellite, featuring 50cm pixel, high resolution multispectral imagery with the addition of 4 new optical bands — coastal, yellow and two near infrared bands.

All attendees will benefit from discounted imagery pricing, which will be exclusive to those attending the event. In addition, other drawcards will include prizes, such as iPOD Nanos, and goodie-bags — one lucky winner at each event will walk away with free 8-band WorldView-2 imagery captured specifically over their designated area. Attendees will be treated to informative, practical presentations from DigitalGlobe and Geoimage Senior Executives during this free half-day session. The Australian Roadshows will be held in:

• Perth – Tuesday, March 9th at the Novotel Langley, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Brisbane – Thursday, March 11th at the Eagle Street Convention Centre, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Sydney – Thursday, March 18th at the Kirribilli Club, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
