Arqiva Has The 'French Connection' And Delivers MCE TV on CanalSat


[SatNews] Even more TV channels are now available in France as Arqiva launches French channel MCE TV onto French DTH platform CanalSat. Arqiva provides encoding, encryption, multiplexing and uplink services, as well as the connectivity between each of these elements.
