...speaker at the 29th National Space Symposium Corporate Partnership Dinner, co-sponsored by Raytheon. The dinner will be held April 9th at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A key event at the annual Space Symposium, the Corporate Partnership Dinner recognizes the organizations that support Space Foundation programs. Admission to the dinner is included with military/government registration and is an extra purchase for industry attendees. Seating is limited and the event tends to sell out early. Kehler is commander, U.S. Strategic Command, responsible for the plans and operations for all U.S. forces conducting strategic deterrence and Department of Defense space and cyberspace operations. Previously, he served as commander, Air Force Space Command, based at Peterson AFB, Colo.; deputy commander, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt AFB; director, national security space integration, Office of the Under Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C.; commander, 21st Space Wing, Peterson AFB; and special assistant to the director of programs, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. Kehler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Pennsylvania State University, State College; a Master of Science degree in public administration, University of Oklahoma, Norman; and a Master of Arts degree in national security and strategic studies, Naval War College, Newport, R.I. He is based at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
