Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HUGHES) has been selected by the State of New York to provide a suite of managed services and connectivity under the Comprehensive Telecommunications Services contract, Group 77017, Award 20268. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for a term of seven years, and enables authorized users, such as statewide agencies, local governments, and eligible non-profit, educational, and charitable organizations, to purchase telecommunications services provided by Hughes.    

Under the Comprehensive Telecommunications Services IDIQ, Hughes is able to provide the following services statewide:

• Connectivity services, including Digital Subscriber Line (xDSL), cable-based broadband and fixed wireless
• Managed services, including access continuity and Internet access
• Satellite services and solutions, including Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), space segment and mobile satellite services
• Equipment, installation, operations, and maintenance support
