NovelSat, developers of 3G-Sat modulation technology, NS3™, has appointed Ricardo Ari Jaliff to the the role of Vice President of Operations, and Bar-Eli Noa to the roll of Vice President of Human Resources. Jaliff comes to NovelSat with more than 25 years of experience in systems and VLSI design and operations. With three patents in his name, Jaliff has held managerial positions at several high tech companies including Zoran, TransChip, Adimos, and Advasense. As VP of Operations, Jaliff will manage NovelSat’s multiple production facilities around the world, oversee the growing production demands of their NS3™ enabled product line, and ensure quality control is maintained as the company ramps up its production, and expands its market share.

Bar-Eli Noa has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of HR, HQ, and line positions. As VP of HR for NovelSat, she will manage the company’s international roster of employees and continue to uphold its standards of excellence in hiring as the company grows. Noa has held several managerial positions at various companies in the telecom (most recently, Comverse), pharmaceutical and healthcare space (including Teva, a top 15 global pharmaceutical Nasdaq company). She also has been employed as an occupational psychologist and organizational behavior consultant for several private institutes.
