Trailer Talk From AAE Systems

AAE Systems logo AAE Systems, Inc. (AAE) has reached a major milestone as the Company celebrates 25 years of innovation in delivering comprehensive satellite-based communications solutions to its international, multi-industry customer base — to commemorate its silver anniversary, AAE Systems will release their lightweight mobile communications trailer (LMCT) system.

Debut of the trailer will take place at the AFCEA Technology Showcase, part of the DISA Partnership Conference in Anaheim, California from April 20-22, 2009. The LMCT solution is a trailerized suite for rapid-deployable communications and backup connectivity. Each trailer contains a comprehensive collection of voice, video, and data systems. Connectivity is quickly established through the integration of an auto-acquisition antenna and an Eclipse satellite router. The bandwidth on demand Eclipse MF-TDAMA DAMA modem creates a network gateway supporting various forms of communication inter-connectivity built around IP broadband. Applications of the trailer are virtually limitless as AAE can customize each trailer to suit any mission-specific operability requirements, from defense, disaster response and humanitarian aid, or wherever mobile communications deployment is needed. AAE Systems addresses two core business functions; a manufacturer of satellite networking hardware and software and a systems integration service provider. With its unique Eclipse product line, its global expertise in turnkey satellite deployments, and its commitment to technological innovation, AAE is able to provide elegant, end-to-end communications solutions customized to fit any networking requirement. The trailer is the latest example demonstrating AAE’s capabilities and as such, is appropriate for commemorating 25 years of excellence in providing satellite-based turnkey communications solutions.
