intoPIX, a leading JPEG 2000 solutions provider, has announced NEC Display Solutions has integrated intoPIX JPEG 2000 technology into their DLPTM Cinema projector. Based on intoPIX JPEG 2000 and AES Core components, NEC Display Solutions now offers the first integrated Media Block for DLPTM Cinema projector. Using this DCI compliant JPEG 2000 Mediablock into the projector enclosure drastically improves the security and reliability of the system while reducing the complexity of the installation and the maintenance.
