Moving On Up... At Raytheon...


Raytheon's Lynn Dugle photo Raytheon Company has appointed Lynn A. Dugle president of Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS), effective Jan. 1, 2009. Dugle succeeds Michael D. Keebaugh, IIS president since August 2002, who plans to retire from Raytheon on Dec. 31, 2008 after a distinguished career of 40 years in the industry. Dugle brings significant experience in defense, networking technologies and international management to IIS' top leadership role. She was named vice president and deputy general manager of IIS and a Raytheon Company officer in June 2008. Prior to her appointment to IIS, Dugle served as vice president, Engineering, Technology and Quality at Raytheon Network Centric Systems from April 2004 through June 2008, responsible for the function's strategic direction, leadership and operations.
