Payload Perfection Assisted By SRI

Lighten your load with Summation Research Inc.'s (SRI) integrated Satellite and Range Quad-Band RF Exciter & Test Signal Simulators (TSS), which also now feature Auto-BERT — an automated test application for quick and simple construction and display of "waterfall" performance curves.

The SRI offerings include Programmable Waveform Generator, Modulator, Noise Source, Upconverter and BER Test System.
  • Single or Dual-Output Wideband RF Exciter
    • Upper L-Band | Transmit S-Band | Baseband | Lower L-Band | Receive S-Band
  • ARTM Tier 0, Tier I and Tier II Support to 50Mbps
  • BPSK, QPSK, UQPSK, AQPSK, OQPSK, 8-PSK, and 16-PSK to 100 Mbps
  • Configurable AWG Noise, PN Generators and BERT for Accurate Eb/No and SNR Simulation
  • Programmable Frequency Sweep/Decay, Fade, Doppler Sweep Rate and Range
  • Includes External I/Q Inputs for Optional Direct Vector Modulation
  • Compact 2U Chassis with NO PC OPERATING SYSTEM OR HARD DRIVE

A number of applications are suited to the product line, including RF Link and Range Setup, Testing and Operation — Mobile Tracking and Data Systems — Flight Systems Integration, Simulation and Testing — and Satellite Payload and Product Integration and Test. The Company's new SE-4255 RF Exciter & Test Signal Simulators combine a state-of-the-art high data rate digital wideband waveform modulator with a high performance RF upconverter and full-featured link test capabilities to produce transmission-ready signals in the Baseband, Upper L-, Lower L-, and Transmit and Receive S-band frequency ranges. Combining these capabilities in one small, simple-to-use unit allows quick and accurate setup, testing and operation without in-depth system knowledge.
