Integral Systems | RT Logic... Book 'Em, Big Time (SATCOM)

[SatNews] Integral Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ: ISYS) announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, RT Logic, booked a record number of sales in the Company’s recently closed first quarter for its Telemetrix(r) 400 Channel Simulator (T400CS).

Sales of the T400CS have increased more than 300 percent over the previous year’s first quarter. In addition, the Company also expects strong sales to continue based on its near-term sales pipeline, which is substantially ahead of expectations. RT Logic’s Channel Simulator adds physics-compliant dynamic Doppler shift, delay, attenuation, noise and interference to test signals and waveforms. The instrument’s precision Radio Frequency (RF) and Intermediate Frequency (IF) output signals are virtually indistinguishable from satellite, UAV, aircraft, missile, ship or weapons transmissions. In the following use case, the T400CS can be connected between a satellite transponder and a UAV receiver. The instrument provides signals between the transponder and receiver precisely reflecting nominal and worst-case RF propagation, antenna patterns and locations, terrain effects, accidental and intentional interference and weather. The T400CS user can quickly measure transmitter/receiver performance against a virtually limitless set of dynamic RF conditions, without requiring a satellite to be in-orbit or a UAV to be airborne. The resulting improvements to hardware, firmware and software costeffectively ensure mission success for critical communications links. The T400CS is widely used for hardware, firmware and software test and verification during all lifecycle phases, from initial proof-of-concept through final R&D and manufacturing tests. It is also used in a broad cross-section of RF communications, electronic warfare, electrical engineering and communications equipment training applications.
