The Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) is approaching its 32nd consecutive annual conference, which runs from January 17th through the 20th in Honolulu. PTC ’10 offers an important and substantial platform for understanding where the industry is and provides insights as to where it may be heading.

This year’s theme reflects the opportunities innovation provides across a wide range of interests and PTC is continuing its efforts to connect the unconnected and provision appropriate systems and services in developing economies. PTC’s large “tent” includes a broad range of telecommunications and ICT interests at the most senior level. The draw of one of the best conferences anywhere will again provide an important arena for extensive business meetings.
