Access Partnership Access Partnership announced the appointment of Zeina Mokaddem as Director of a new branch office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Located at the seat of the UAE’s government, the new office is at Al Odaid Tower, Airport Road, which will serve as a hub for the firm’s client activity throughout the Middle East.

Access Partnership provides regulatory strategies for telecommunications network operators and governments worldwide. With offices in London, Washington, D.C., and Abu Dhabi, the firm helps its clients gain access to new telecommunications markets, obtain valuable radio spectrum, and introduce new services in to previously closed markets. The company works across the mobile, fixed-line, and satellite telecommunications sectors, with expertise in the areas of government relations, regulatory affairs and technical analysis allow staff to provide clients with a range of solutions that meet their trade, regulatory and licensing needs.
