Paradise Datacom — MAX Power

Paradise Datacom reveals a significant milestone in the evolution of PowerMAX, the Company's modular, soft-fail redundant ultra-high power Solid State Power Amplifier system. In a recent test of a C-band PowerMAX system, measured power levels exceeded 4,000 watts of RF output power.

Other PowerMAX features include:
  • Passive combining via Paradise Datacom’s proprietary network
  • Field-scalability — start with four modules and grow to eight or sixteen as the demand for more power increases
  • Accurate “true-RMS” RF output power monitoring
  • Modules are “hot-swap” removable through front panel
  • Embedded power-monitoring software senses module failure and adjusts total system output power to compensate instantly for applications that require constant output power — no switching required
  • Ethernet monitor and control
  • Front / rear panel removable fans
  • Redundant, Hot-swap modular power supplies
Appointments are currently being scheduled for detailed demos of PowerMAX at Paradise Datacom’s RF Products Manufacturing Facility in State College, Pennyslvania.
