The Space Foundation's 28th National Space Symposium will be held April 16-19 at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is offered in conjunction with a separate Space Foundation conference, Cyber 1.2, to be held during the day on April 16, before the Symposium's opening ceremony. Both panels are moderated by Space News Editor Warren Ferster and are divided into two consecutive parts:

The two Wednesday morning panels will be preceded by a presentation by featured speaker, Frank A. Rose, deputy assistant secretary for space and defense policy, U.S. Department of State, who is responsible for advising the assistant secretary and the under secretary for arms control and international security on key issues related to arms control and defense policy.
