International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC) has appointed Francesco Ruffolo, Adam Adamou, and Fred Godard to the Board of Directors, as well as received the resignations of Dr. Peter Scovell and W. Neil Bauer. Effective as of December 15, 2009, each of the named individuals has been appointed to the Board to fill the vacancies left from the resignations of Dr. Peter Scovell, who will serve as a consultant to the Company going forward, and W. Neil Bauer, as well as the previously announced resignation of Denzil Doyle. Denis Colbourne (Chairman of the Board), Dr. Stuart Smith, Del Lippert, Kevin Rankin and Ron Clifton (President and Chief Executive Officer of IDC) will all continue to serve as members of IDC's Board.
