Customers from Non-EU countries can enjoy the Silver Service when ordering defined DEV matrices — limited by available logistics only.

The offering encompasses all 32-based matrices and their multiples, from 32x32 up to 256x256, as well as software upgradable matrices of the 32x32 form factor. Ensuring the highest system availability, the Gold Service makes it possible to obtain a replacement product from DEV within 24 hours, should a defect be noted. DEV covers all costs of handling and shipment. The customer may access the DEV hotline around the clock, 24/7. With the Silver Service, DEV delivers a loan product within five working days, with this available during five working days, ten hours per day, with a defined answering time.
