Satellite Holdings has changed the name of their recently acquired Raven Group to Skyware Global. Satellite Holdings and investment partners Granahan McCourt Capital and The Edgewater Funds acquired Raven Group in January. Allan Kennedy has been appointed global sales and marketing director. In May, Satellite Holdings acquired the DTH and VSAT businesses of ASC Signal, its Chinese operating entity ASC PRC, as well as their radio frequency electronics business, Skyware Radio Systems GmbH, formerly owned by Philips Electronics.
