Thales Alenia Space + Zodiac Data Systems... Interference Interruption

During the Satellite Users Interference Reduction Group (SUIRG) annual conference, Thales Alenia Space and Zodiac Data Systemsannounced that they plan to team up on solutions for the monitoring of satellite transmissions and protection against interferences, whether intentional or not.

Thales Alenia Space proposed a complete, dedicated, product line already in use by numerous Satellite Operators worldwide. This product line comprises the Payload Trafic Manager (PTM), In Orbit Testing (IOT), Communication System Monitoring (eCSM) and Telecom Carrier Analyzer (TCA). Zodiac Data Systems develops hardware solutions for high-resolution digital acquisition and embedded processing, that can serve both the signal monitoring needs, and also the location of such signal transmitter, using the Compact Geolocation System (CGL) solution marketed by Zodiac Data Systems. The two companies will combine their technical and commercial forces to offer their clients, including satellite operators, frequency allocation agencies and intelligence agencies, competitively priced turnkey solutions combining all equipment needed for carrier monitoring, traffic analysis and transmitter geolocation.
