....United Launch Alliance Delta IV vehicle has been placed on the 45th Space Wing range schedule for May 8th. The launch vehicle and spacecraft are both being processed in Florida.
The investigation into the off-nominal performance on the Global Positioning System IIF-3 launch last October is still progressing. Final testing related to the investigation is underway. ULA, Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne, and the Air Force have been working closely on this investigation and have approved processing this mission toward the May 8 launch date. Launch officials have planned investigation closure reviews in mid-April.

...Col. John Anttonen, the new director of the Operationally Responsive Space Office, at the Assumption of Command via video teleconference, March 8th. Located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, the ORS Office is now aligned under the purview of SMC and Air Force Space Command.
"We are excited to integrate the ORS Office into our team as we continue to deliver capability to our warfighters at the speed of need," said the general. "This realignment will benefit all of our mission areas by bringing ORS principles and capabilities to bear across the portfolio while providing the ORS Office with closer access to the incredible depth and expertise of the directorates," she said.
