The Focus By KORE Wireless Is On "M2M Going Global" @ IoT Asia

[SatNews] KORE Wireless is set to bring back the successful KORE Wireless M2M Hour for the upcoming IoT Asia, taking place in Singapore from April 8 to 9, 2015.

The IoT Asia Conference, now in its second year, assisted in generating $4.62 million worth of business transactions within the Internet of Things industry across 11 countries last year.

Vice President and General Manager of KORE Wireless Asia Pacific, Shane Murphy, said the success of the first IoT Asia in 2014 was a driver to continue KORE’s support as a Silver Sponsor in 2015 due to the great exposure the conference offered. “KORE Wireless had a great experience at the conference last year, with a number of our customers receiving great feedback and uptake in the local market,” Mr. Murphy said. “The exposure that the conference brings, together with KORE Wireless presenting M2M Hour, is a great opportunity for us to explore and expand further into the Asian market with our products and services.”

M2M Hour will this year focus on ‘M2M going global,’ and the implications, advantages and solutions for working within the industry from both product and service perspectives. BSMART technology, TCAM Technology, IntelliTrac with I-Dispatch and GPS Telematics Malaysia, will be collaborating with KORE Wireless on the presentation of M2M Hour, with each company providing input to showcase a complete summary of M2M on a global stage.

Focusing on selecting and designing the right hardware to go global, a case study on Asset tracking in the Asia/Africa region, how to successfully grow your M2M business globally and how best to manage M2M connectivity while maximizing revenue, form the basis of the KORE Wireless M2M Hour presentation.

“M2M Hour is all about creating a big picture for those who are just entering the market or are already working with M2M technology in some capacity but requiring guidance to apply their applications to a global scale,” Mr. Murphy said.
