DataPath® ...Wanted 200 Employees...Recruits For Jobs In 20 Countries

Always good news when you hear of employment opportunities... How about 200 new jobs? The need to fill numerous positions is the result of a major contract that DataPath Inc. was awarded to provide all four branches of the US military with remote communications support. Thus DataPath is expanding its field services division by nearly 200 new positions.

DataPath provides remote field communications and information technology solutions to the aerospace, government, broadcast, and infrastructure markets. DataPath needs to fill positions for field engineers and technicians with strong experience that supports deployed satellite communications and C4ISR networking systems for the US military.

Under the award, DataPath’s field personnel will support a complete range of fielded satellite communications equipment from man-pack antennas to trailer-based Earth terminals to large-scale Earth terminals. DataPath has delivered field services and satellite equipment to the US military for more than 20 years, however this new award expands both the hardware portfolio and geographic area supported. The company is seeking in-theater personnel to help provide services in 20 countries including Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Djibouti, Germany, the United Kingdom, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Korea, Japan, and the United States.

David Myers, President and CEO of DataPath said, “Deployed SATCOM systems provide intra-theater and reach-back communications from frontline service men and women at the tip of the spear all the way up the chain of command. Responsive, expert-level field service support is key to ensuring those critical systems stay up and running. We are excited to have been selected to provide that support for the US military because we understand that reliable communications are integral to their mission success.”
