[SatNews] Latitude Technologies, supplier of flight data monitoring, flight following, and Satcom solutions for helicopter fleets, announces that the company's award-winning IONode™ ION100 Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) lightweight flight data recorder is now FAA certified for installation on all Airbus EC135 airframe types. Also included is Latitude's SkyNode® S200

Satcom voice and data transceiver. As an advanced and lightweight FDM system, both individually and in a full satcom-linked system installation, the IONode ION100 is available in five models, each designed to meet specific flight data collection and forwarding requirements.  For the EC135, this includes collecting VEMD bus data along with the IONode's internal spatial and inertia sensor information.  

Dynamic configurability of the IONode lightweight flight data recorder allows the IONode to remain adaptable to changing requirements.  The IONode's architecture of automated and pervasive networking underpins how Latitude's end-to-end FDM system collects, monitors, and relays the right information at the right time to the right stakeholders.
