General Services Administration Renews...HughesON™ Solutions Are On Target

Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HUGHES has received a renewal for its U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70 contract GS-35F-0907P, which will extend coverage through September 29, 2019.

Under the contract renewal, Hughes will continue providing its comprehensive portfolio of satellite broadband solutions to meet agency requirements. Also available under the contract are HughesON™ managed services for high performance networking and digital media solutions to federal, state and local government agencies.

HughesON offers a set of managed network solutions designed to meet the needs of the distributed agency. On a basic level, it offers:

  • High-capacity access
  • High-availability networking
  • Managed security services
  • Managed Wi-Fi
  • Voice-over-IP
  • WAN optimization

Under this contract, agencies will also be able to leverage solutions through HughesON Digital Media Solutions, which meet the social and visual needs of today’s digital world. These solutions include:
 

  • Digital signage
  • On-demand employee training
  • Web-based learning portal
  • MediaTV solutions, including breakroom TV, digital bulletin boards and waiting room TV
  • Social media integration
  • Cloud services
  • Emergency notification functionality
