GVF Oil & Gas Communications In Brazil...Warm Weather + Cutting Edge Dialog = Win Win


[SatNews] Against the backdrop of low, and fluctuating, oil prices and consequential impacts upon exploration and production (E&P) budget planning, the twenty-third event in the GVF-EMP Oil & Gas Communications series will be presented on April 7th, 2015 at the Windsor Plaza Hotel, Av. Princesa Isabel, 263, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. This is the fifth such gathering for the Brazilian oil & gas patch and will include delegations from Petrobras, Harris CapRock Communications, and RigNet headed by the company Chief Executive Officer, Mark Slaughter.

Martin Jarrold, Chief of International Program Development with GVF, and Cristovam Nascimento, CEO of UNISAT Engenharia de Telecomunicações, and the GVF Correspondent for Brazil, will co-chair the two-day event, which will feature a combination of presentations with Q&A, and interactive panel discussion sessions.

Mr Jarrold commented, “We are pleased this year to be able to include in the program speaking contributions from companies which have not participated in the Rio program before, as well as including new information and new communications solution orientated perspectives from a wide range of GVF Member organizations from the Latin American region and globally.”
