MiriMON is an industry-leading monitoring solution, which enables Europa to ensure the delivery quality of its over-the-top (OTT) services, an essential element in the success of their overall proposition. Europa delivers TV over broadband for customers across Spain as part of its innovative triple play service, focused on the British expatriate community. The Europa service is delivered via Amino set-top boxes (STbs) and was selected due to its expertise in IPTV and OTT, as well as its out-of-the-box support for MiriMON monitoring. MiriMON gives Europa visibility of service delivery into every customer home, so that they can measure how their service is performing and identify where the issues are. MiriMON also offers real-time alerts to service problems, ensuring that Europa can proactively respond to and fix issues, often before they receive a single customer call.
