A certified small business provider of turn-key, end-to-end, complex satellites solutions, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, now has a multiyear contract with a US government agency to provide managed communications services.
The company is CopaSAT LLC, and, during the period of performance (through June 2021), CopaSAT will provide and maintain Ku-band man portable terminals to provide communications in support of global operations—the award is for $3.5 million. Scott Bohnsack, the Vice President of Business Development at the firm, stated that his company's leased service approach will provide the necessary flexibility for all of the agency's long term operational requirements.
