Arab Satellite Communication Organization—ARABSAT—will be conducting their 9th Telecom Forum in Tunis from February 14 to 15, 2017.
Arabsat holds its Telecom forum on a yearly basis to strengthen the firm's professional and operational association with valued customers. This event will provide a platform for ARABSAT customers, industry experts, Technology and Service Providers to share their views on latest technological trends.
The 9th Telecom Forum will have various discussion panels, attended by worldwide experts, where they will explore, in-depth, a range of issues pertaining to the market needs for satellite capacity to fulfill the growth of satellite-based broadband solutions, aeronautical in flight entitlements, HTS applications and GSM Backhaul.
Eng. Mueid Al-Zahrani, the Arabsat CTO, indicated that this occasion will be a great opportunity to present the firm's reliable high powered capacity to deliver connectivity services to different verticals with extensive coverages in the Middle East, North Africa, North West Africa, Central Asia and South Africa. Also to be discussed will be Arabsat's future HTS that are planned for launch in 2018 where they will complement existing capacities and supply additional bandwidth and coverage to the aforementioned regions of the world.
