ETL Systems Integrates a Convergence of Signals at Convergence India

A convergence of signals, up to 64 inputs and 64 outputs in a compact chassis, that can be easily integrated into a satellite ground station system will be revealed by ETL Systems at Convergence India in March, as well as solutions for quality satellite signal distribution.

ETL Systems’ Vortex L-band matrix provides high resilience for mission critical applications. A simple web browser interface makes it easy to manage and monitor the system remotely.

ETL will also be demonstrating its StingRay RF over Fiber range, which provides fiber link connectivity between a satellite antenna and a remote control room that is capable of delivering signals from 10 to up to 50 kilometers apart without the need for additional amplification. It drastically reduces signal loss, ensuring a much higher quality feed, whatever the application. The solution is resilient with dual-redundant hot-swap power supplies and hot-swap fiber modules. It is also easy to install, with the option to set output power level for automatic link optimization.

Dextra L-band splitters and combiners will also be featured. Delivering high resilience RF signal distribution in a compact 1U high chassis. All units can be controlled and monitored remotely, giving users full overview even on remote sites. Splitters feature LNB powering and for continual power.

Ian Hilditch, CEO, ETL Systems, commented that India is a fast-paced region, with recent successes in the broadcast, satellite operator and government sectors. The region is looking for ways to capitalize on this growth by investing in solutions that deliver high quality whilst affording a great deal of cost and time efficiencies.

These solutions will all be showcased at the ETL Systems booth E279 at Convergence India from March 7th to 9th.
