Optus Satellite has just received the prestigious Enterprise Service Management Implementation of the Year award for the creation of the firm's Premier League deployment system.
The award was announced at the IT Service Management Foundation (itSMF) 20th National Conference Gala dinner last night in Melbourne, Australia, and recognizes the innovative technique used to deliver this solution to customers across Australia. For the solution, Optus Satellite purposefully-designed a Business and Operation Support System to deliver the Premier League to customers. This innovative approach to service delivery involved a fully-integrated end-to-end solution from sales through to automated fulfillment and assurance leveraging the Service Now platform.
