A Moffett Move For NanoRacks


[SatNews] NanoRacks LLC has announced that their third office will be based at NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California.

November 1st was the opening date for the firm's new, West Coast office, which will help ensure that NanoRacks can meet growing customer needs as well as develop new deep space business. Heading the office will be Ronald Goedendorp, Vice President of Space Station Opportunities. Ron said, "This step signals NanoRacks' clear intent to be a leading customer and a provider of next-generation hardware and practices on multiple  platforms for multiple orbits. I was looking to become an active part of the new commercial space revolution and no one company symbolizes that better than NanoRacks."

Ron comes with 20 years of experience in business and corporate development in imaging systems, semiconductors, aerospace, and data analytics. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and he co-founded the UCSD Bay Area Alumni Scholarship Fund.

"This is an fantastic step forward for NanoRacks, allowing us to tap into, and contribute  to, the agile aerospace innovation that exists from Silicon Valley to Seattle and even up  to Vancouver for the new space marketplace," said Jeffrey Manber, CEO of NanoRacks.
