Pactel International has appointed Peter Dowers as a Voice & Data Business Development Manager, Oceania. Peter will be responsible for the management of some existing accounts spanning across 15 countries across Asia-Pacific as well as lead the initiative of developing new business relationships in this region.

Peter brings over 25 years of engineering and senior sales experience in the telecommunications industry, serving recently as the Voice Manager-Pacific Islands at Telecom New Zealand International.
