Precise Time and Frequency, LLC, and Atlantic Microwave Limited have reached an agreement whereby Atlantic Microwave Limited will be the exclusive UK sales representative for the former’s range of high performance time and frequency instrumentation.

Under the agreement, Atlantic Microwave Limited will sell distribution amplifiers and redundancy auto switches; quartz frequency standards; GPS/GNS frequency and time standards and network time servers; Rubidium atomic frequency references; time code generators and clock displays.

Atlantic Microwave Limited will sell precise time and frequency Instruments through its AMRF division, wherein the company acts as a UK sales representative for a number of select technology partners in the microwave and RF industry.

Speaking from their headquarters in Massachusetts, David S. Briggs, Precise Time and Frequency’s President and CEO said "We are always looking to expand our business into new markets.  We have seen growing interest in our products in the UK, but without UK representation we have had limited success.  With Atlantic Microwave Limited as our UK sales representative, we are optimistic that we can now capitalise on those opportunities that have previously fallen by the wayside.”
