Paul Pizzani of PH Capital Elected to INTELSAT Board Washington, D.C./December 10, 2003/Satnews/ Intelsat, Ltd. today announced the election of Mr. Paul G. Pizzani to Intelsat's Board of Directors. Mr. Pizzani, age 43, is a partner in PH Capital, LLC, the principal subadvisor for an AIG-sponsored private equity fund. Mr. Pizzani replaces Mr. Neal Freeman, and will serve the remainder of Mr. Freeman's term, which expires in 2006. Prior to forming PH Capital
in 1999, Mr. Pizzani was a Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella Emerging
Markets, where he specialized in private equity investments and debt
