Ned Mountain Named to Wegener's Board of Directors Duluth, Ga./May 19, 2003/Satnews Daily/ — Wegener Corp. said Ned L. Mountain has been elected to its board of directors to fill the vacant seat created by the recent resignation of James H. Morgan, Jr. Robert A. Placek, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Wegener, said Ned's 20 years of experience at Wegener brings a wealth of experience to the position. "I am confident that the company and its stockholders will benefit from his expertise and insight as we bring our revolutionary new line of products to market," he said. Mountain has served as Executive Vice President at Wegener Communications, Inc. since March of 2002. Prior to that, he served as Wegener's Senior Vice President of Business Development, as Vice President of European Operations, and in various other sales and marketing roles.
