TerreStar Chairman Steps Down

 

RESTON, Va., Jan. 24, 2007/Satnews Daily/ ― Jared (Jerry) Abbruzzese has stepped down as chairman of the board of TerreStar Networks Inc. and chairman of the TerreStar Global Ltd. But TerreStar said Abbruzzese will serve on a board of advisors that is being established for TerreStar Global.

 

“Jerry’s vision and leadership has built TerreStar from a bold concept into a company poised to transform the way we communicate,” said Robert H. Brumley, president and CEO of Motient Corporation and its subsidiaries TerreStar Networks Inc. and TerreStar Global.
