XM’s Hugh Panero Resigns from Vonage |

HOLMDEL, N.J., Aug. 22, 2006/Satnews Daily/ — Vonage Holdings Corp. has announced that Hugh Panero, chief executive officer of XM Satellite Radio, has resigned from the Vonage Board, effective August 18, 2006, citing the demands of his role at XM for his decision.
“Hugh will be missed on the Board, we wish him well and we thank him for his contributions,” said Jeffrey Citron, Chairman and Chief Strategist, Vonage Holdings Corp. At this time, the Vonage Board has no plans to fill Mr. Panero's Board seat.
