MSV Hires Vice President Government Solutions

 

RESTON, Va., March 30, 2006/Satnews Daily/ — Mobile Satellite Ventures, LP (MSV) has hired James Corry to lead MSV's system solutions for all federal, state, and local government needs, as well as the solutions for emergency responders and public safety.

 

Corry joins MSV from Sprint Nextel, where he held the position of Director of Federal Wireless, focused on intelligence, law enforcement, first response, and DOD agencies of the Federal government. Corry previously served as CTIA's Director of Carrier Relations prior to his Sprint Nextel career.

 

Alexander H. Good, vice chairman, CEO and president of MSV said a key part of Jim's role will be to demonstrate to government and public safety officials how our cost-effective, redundant and interoperable hybrid system will provide connectivity to best serve this nation during times of natural and other disasters.
