Paul Wagler, director of program management for Patriot, said the company’s contribution to iPSTAR’s communications infrastructure will open great opportunities for Patriot, considering the potential growth of markets in India, Australia and Eastern Asian countries.
The iPSTAR satellite, with 45 Gbps of capacity, is one the largest commercial satellite in orbit and can serve up to 3 to 5 million users.
