PanAmSat Declares Third Quarter 2005 Dividend |

WILTON, Conn., Sept. 20, 2005/Satnews Daily/ — PanAmSat Holding Corp. has announced its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend for the period from July 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005 in the amount of $0.3875 per share
PanAmSat said this is payable on or about Oct. 14, 2005 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2005. Such quarterly amount is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis.
It added the company intends to pay regular quarterly dividends pursuant to its dividend policy. However all subsequent dividends will be declared by the PanAmSat board of directors at its discretion.
