Brazil’s Star One Orders Equipment from Glowlink

 

LOS ALTOS, Calif., Aug. 30, 2005/Satnews Daily/ — Brazilian satellite operator Star One has ordered Model 1000 satellite spectrum monitoring and interference detection system from Glowlink Communications Technology, Inc.

 

Star One is Latin America’s largest satellite company. In addition to video broadcasting, the company provides a variety of satellite-based communications services as well as high-speed broadband internet services for residential and corporate customers.

 

Edson Soffiatti, Star One president, said having the Glowlink monitoring capabilities is part of Star One’s overall objectives of providing world-class satellite based services.
