Sirius Names Michelle McKinnon Senior Director, Investor Relations |

New York, Sept. 8/Satnews Daily/ — Michelle McKinnon has joined Sirius as Senior Director, Investor Relations.
In this new position, McKinnon will be responsible for the communication of all investor-related matters, including managing relationships with buy- and sell-side analysts. Currently, Sirius is covered by 14 sell-side analysts and has approximately 500,000 stockholders. During the quarter ending June 30, 2004, Sirius was the fourth most-active stock traded on NASDAQ.
"Michelle brings a wealth of strategic knowledge to this critical position," said David Frear, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius. "As institutional and individual investors show greater interest in our company, it is important to have someone with Michelle's capital markets' experience to communicate our objectives to both of these important constituencies. We're glad to have her on board."
McKinnon comes to Sirius with over eleven years of investment banking and sell-side research experience with firms including Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. She has focused primarily on media and communications companies throughout her career.
McKinnon most recently served as a Senior Vice President in the Global Media Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers. McKinnon holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA from The Colorado College.
