Andrew Tow Named President and COO of here! Networks; Vecchione, Feldman Appointed Vice Presidents

LOS ANGELES, CA, September 1, 2004/Satnews Daily/ -- here! TV has expanded its staff and opened a New York office to address the network's growing needs in the areas of affiliate relations, finance and operations.

Cable industry veteran Andrew Tow, an investment partner in here! Networks, LLC, here! TV's parent company, has been appointed president and CEO. In this new position, Tow is responsible for developing and implementing the company's business strategy and overseeing its day-to-day operations.

Tow joins here! Networks after founding and leading Global Media Holdings, LLC, (GMH), which creates and distributes media properties and develops cross-platform opportunities in emerging technologies both domestically and internationally. Since 1995, he has overseen the capitalization, launch and management of nine networks worldwide, with here! TV being his tenth.

Prior to GMH, Tow was chairman of the cable television division of Century Communications Corp., where he oversaw more than 1.2 million cable customers with 70 operating systems and 2,800 employees.

Also named to the here! Networks staff were Andrew Vecchione, vice president of finance; and Eric Feldman, vice president of programming and operations.

Vecchione joins here! Networks from Global Japan, where he was vice president of finance. Prior to that, he was director, investment analysis for Disney/ABC's International Television Division. At here! Networks, Vecchione is responsible for financial reporting, financial operations, budgeting and long-term planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from St. John's University as well as a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.

Feldman is responsible for the programming, scheduling, program planning and on-air operations of all of here! Networks' broadcast efforts. Preceding his position at here! Networks, Feldman was on-air programming planning strategist for Rainbow Media's Fuse Network. He was also directly involved in the launch and advancement of Cablevision's high definition efforts for VOOM, as well as in the programming and operations of the high-definition music network, Rave. Prior to this he was a programming consultant for Universal Television, where he was instrumental in the planning and development of the Trio Network. He holds a BA in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University.
