Pat Frangione, Terry Carolan Promoted to Director, Operations at A.F. Associates

Northvale, NJ, August 25/Satnews Daily/ — Pat Frangione has been promoted to Director, East Coast Operations, and Terry Carolan to Director, West Coast Operations at A.F. Associates, Inc. (AFA).

AFA, a unit of Ascent Media Network Services (AMNS), significantly expanded its capabilities earlier this year with the acquisition of the former Sony Systems Integration Center (SIC), and recently moved its west coast contingent into a new, 35,000 sq ft. building in San Jose, CA.

Frangione joined AFA in 1989. As Assistant Manager, Systems Fabrication, he took charge of quality control, and was subsequently promoted to Manager, Systems Fabrication. In this role, Frangione was responsible for AFA’s industry-leading wiring shop and related operations.

Prior to the merger with AFA, Carolan served as SIC’s Implementation Department Manager, responsible for all processes associated with manufacturing and installation. He joined SIC in 1993 as a lead installer.

“Both Terry and Pat bring a level of organization and creativity that significantly contributes to the high quality of our installation services,” said Rickey Bonstein, AFA’s Senior Vice President, Operations.

Bonstein, who was himself recently promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President, AFA Operations. “Their extensive experience and professionalism will enable us to most effectively adjust to further increases anticipated in project volume and staff," he added.
