August 24, Satnews Daily/ — Nera ASA's Nomination Committee has proposed to the Corporate Assembly new members of the board. When confirmed, Svein Ove Strømmen and Tore Engebretsen will become new members of the board for two years.
The Nomination Committee also nominated Svein Ove Strømmen as chairman of the board of directors for the same period.
Svein Ove Strømmen, 55, is a professional investor and board member focusing on high-tech companies. He is currently the CEO of MNS Partners and ISInvest, and board member of Data Invest AS and VMETRO.
Tore Engebretsen, 53, is a professional investor and board member, and currently chairman of VMETRO, Nordic Semiconductor and Xymphonic Systems, and board member of PROFDOC.
