ViaSat Awarded Additional $6.6 Million Order for MIDS Tactical Network Terminal |

CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug. 13/Satnews Daily/ — ViaSat Inc. (NASDAQ:VSAT) has been awarded an add-on order valued at approximately $6.6 million for Multifunctional Information Distribution System terminals from The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), San Diego.
The add-on to the previously announced Lot 5 award includes both LVT(1) airborne and LVT(2) ground-based Low Volume Terminals. The MIDS LVT provides secure, high capacity, jam resistant, digital data and voice communication capabilities for US Navy, US Air Force, and US Army platforms. Recent Stories: |
